We dedicate this page to one of the founders of our firm, Gerald “Jerry” L. Tuttle, Jr., who passed away after a sudden illness on January 28, 2007.

Jerry was our colleague and a passionate advocate for our firm. He was also a true and dear friend to many of us here, as well as many others in the broader financial world and his community. He inspired us all.

At JMP Group, Jerry was a managing director and co-director of investment banking, also serving as co-head of the financial services investment banking group. He was a member of the firm’s executive committee and its board of directors. We are committed to honoring Jerry’s professional and personal spirit and to preserving his legacy.
