Greg Thorne is a Director in JMP Securities’ technology investment banking group.

Prior to joining JMP, Greg served in the investment banking group at ThinkEquity Partners.  He previously worked at Updata Partners, a technology-focused venture capital firm with $500 million in assets under management.  Earlier in his career, Greg spent five years at Internet Security Systems and two years at Abbott Laboratories.

Greg holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from the University of Michigan.
