Dan Stauder is a Managing Director in JMP Securities’ healthcare investment banking group, focused on healthcare capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining JMP, Dan was a founder and managing member of EHS Securities, a boutique healthcare investment bank. Dan previouslyworked for a total of nine years at Vector Securities and Prudential Vector Healthcare, where he was a Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Specialty Sales. He has also served as a Director in the healthcare investment banking group at Robert W. Baird and as a Vice President in institutional equities at DLJ Securities. Dan has over 25 years of equity capital markets experience, with an exclusive focus on the healthcare industry–in particular, the life sciences sector–for the past 19 years. He has assisted healthcare companies in raising more than $1.5 billion through PIPEs, registered direct offerings and private placements.

Dan holds an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
