Bryan Hamm is President of JMP Credit Advisors and portfolio manager of its two collateralized loan obligations. He is also a member of JMP Credit Advisors’ investment committee. Bryan has more than 20 years of experience in leveraged finance, asset-based, and distressed agented and syndicated middle-market secured lending transactions covering a broad range of industries. During his career, he has overseen approximately $2.5 billion of distressed lending transactions. Prior to co-founding Cratos Capital Partners, the predecessor to JMP Credit Advisors, in May 2006, Bryan held a variety of senior management positions throughout a 14-year career at Wells Fargo Foothill, Inc. As an Executive Vice President, he served as a member of that firm’s investment committee from 2000 through 2006.

Bryan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts and is a Certified Public Accountant.
